Express Post - All orders that are placed on Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. All packages are sent via Express Post. Express Post is a next day delivery service to all major cities & metro areas. This service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for your package upon delivery your package will be sent to your nearest post office. Alternatively, another person at the delivery address can sign for your package.  Outside of these areas (including rural areas) you can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on your location.  

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of making your order please email us at thenewmooncrew@outlook.com with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. You will be notified via SMS if your parcel has been carded to your Post Office - this functionality applies to orders that only have been placed with a phone number when checking out.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched from our head office, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel with  Australia Post. A signature upon delivery is required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office - all collection details will be specified on the collection card. Should your order be sent with our Same Day Delivery service, you will receive automated email/text message updates on the status and delivery of your package. 


Please note: 

In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your post office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to us. In order for your package to be re-dispatched to you, there will be a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavor to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. The New Moon Crew is not responsible for stolen or delayed packages by the courier. 

 

International Orders

The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. We use Australia post and DHL services. All international orders require a signature upon delivery unless requested otherwise. In the event an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to organise the re-delivery of your parcel.

 

Customs/ Import charges

International customers may be required to pay taxes, duties and/or customs charges. All charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the value of The New Moon Crew order/shipping fee. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. The New Moon Crew cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes/return charges applied to your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you refuse a shipment from The New Moon Crew, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The New Moon Crew. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

The New Moon Crew does not dispatch orders on weekends or VIC public holidays.

EXCLUDING Syria, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Nicaragua, Ukraine, Sudan, Algeria, Albania, Afghanistan, French Polynesia, Oman and Tunisia.
